14 days, no questions asked. If Scrib isn't right for you, you get your money back.

How to get a refund

Within 14 days of your purchase, email support@getscrib.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt email. You don't need to give a reason. We'll refund you in full, usually within a few days; your bank may take a little longer to show it.

What happens to your license

When we refund a purchase, we turn off its license key. It can't be activated again, and within about a week Scrib becomes read-only on the computers it was used on. Your notes stay on your computer, and Scrib stays readable so you can export anything you need.

After 14 days

We can't promise a refund after 14 days, but if something has gone wrong, email us anyway and we'll do our best to make it right.

Who processes refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for Scrib, and go back to the payment method you used.
